In this role, you'll build and execute sourcing strategies, develop candidate pipelines, and partner closely with Recruiting Business Partners and hiring managers to understand what great talent looks like for each search. You'll own the top of the funnel - from market research and candidate identification to outreach and initial engagement - and play a critical role in delivering qualified, diverse slates against tight timelines.
We're looking for someone who is resourceful, curious, and relentless about finding people who don't show up in a keyword search. You should be comfortable using data to refine your approach, experimenting with new sourcing channels, and building relationships with passive candidates who aren't actively looking. Strong communication skills, a bias for action, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously are essential.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
