Job summary

Slalom is expanding its Global Supply Chain Practice and seeking a Consultant with procurement strategy expertise to help lead efforts across planning, logistics, procurement, and supplier management for clients worldwide.

You will work with senior client executives to develop and deliver procurement-focused supply chain initiatives, leveraging ERP systems and analytics to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting firms.
• Experience with procurement strategy development and execution; experience in a project leadership role a plus. Source to Contract experience.
• Experience managing projects and programs with multiple workstreams and cross functional resources.
• A relationship builder able to team effectively with others and build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders.
• Driven to delivering excellent work product and a consistently high level of service.
• Experience of working with procurement package and/or ERP solutions, agile delivery, data & analytics, and change management are a plus.

What You’ll Do

• This role will play a critical part in growing and supporting the Sourcing & Procurement Capability Area within the Global Supply Chain Practice at Slalom. The ideal candidate will have experience with Procurement (Direct / Indirect / Strategic Sourcing / Vendor and Supplier Management / Procurement Planning / Contract Management / Supplier and Vendor Evaluations / Purchase Order Management amongst other functional areas).

The targeted base salary pay range for Consultant in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $102,000 to $147,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $94,000 to $135,000. And for all other locations the range is $86,000 to $120,000.

The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $131,000 to $185,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $130,000 to $176,000. And for all other locations the range is $137,000 to $160,000.

The targeted base salary pay range for Principal in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $168,000 to $240,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $154,000 - $220,000. And for all other locations the range is $141,000 - $180,000.
