Job summary

BayOne Solutions leads the implementation of a client’s strategic sourcing tool (SAP Ariba Sourcing or equivalent) in a hands-on PM role from requirements to go-live readiness.

Responsibilities include defining business processes, consolidating requirements across stakeholders, and coordinating with the SAP Ariba partner and S/4HANA integration points. Strong English communication and global collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ full-cycle procurement or sourcing tool implementations.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba Sourcing implementation experience.
• Familiar with SAP S/4HANA integration points with Ariba.
• Strong stakeholder management across global teams.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; available during PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and validate business process requirements.
• Gather and consolidate requirements across all user groups.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, milestone tracker, RAID log, and status reporting cadence.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client and the SAP Ariba implementation partner.
• Coordinate system configuration, integration with SAP S/4HANA, and UAT.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate blockers as needed.
• Support change management activities including communications and training coordination.
• Document SOPs and user guides for the new sourcing tool.
• Ensure go-live readiness and post-implementation support plans.
