Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a world-class Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end management of ODMs and CMs for all compute and network hardware builds. You will define build strategies, craft SOWs, negotiate pricing, and drive manufacturing execution at speed and scale.

You will partner with engineers and manufacturing experts to accelerate time-to-scale, reduce total cost of ownership, and establish strategic supplier relationships that deliver on-time delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing roles.
• Experience with ODM/CM management and strategic supplier partnerships.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and SOWs.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ODM/CM management for compute and network hardware.
• Define build strategies, create SOWs, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Drive cost reduction, lead-time compression, and quality improvements.
• Standardize processes, implement KPI-driven governance, and manage risks.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to supplier sites.
