SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP is seeking a Sourcing Manager for its Infrastructure Operations team in Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate will lead supplier partnerships to develop and expand Starlink's ground infrastructure while addressing operational challenges.

The Infrastructure Operations team is looking for a Sourcing Manager to grow our team and further the international development, expansion, and operation of Starlink ground infrastructure. As a Sourcing Manager, you will solve unique operational challenges in your market and find strategic ways to leverage global and regional resources that create cost savings, speed activation of our assets, and facilitate customer growth and quality of service over time. This role is for individuals who are creative, fast problem solvers, and ready to take on challenges outside of their comfort zone. Your goal is to improve the way we work with supplier partners, operate and maintain current Starlink ground infrastructure, and deliver reliable service to customers worldwide.
Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience working in one or more of the following; or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience working in one or more of the following; or 9+ years of experience working in one or more of the following:
Pay range: Sourcing Manager: $110,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year. Base salary is determined on a case‑by‑case basis based on knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Beyond base salary, employees may be eligible for long‑term incentives (company stock, stock options, long‑term cash awards), discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount via an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees in Washington State accrue paid sick time in compliance with state and federal law. Company shuttles are offered for round‑trip travel from select Seattle locations to the SpaceX Redmond office Monday‑Friday.
