Job summary

Mars Snacking seeks a Sourcing Manager - Colors, Flavors, Gum Ingredients & Essentials. You will lead sub-category sourcing across regional and global spend exceeding $100M, translating category strategies into robust execution plans that optimize cost, quality, service and supply resilience.

You will leverage supplier partnerships, conduct commercial negotiations, and ensure compliance with Mars governance frameworks while driving growth and disciplined project execution, proactive risk

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of strategic sourcing experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
• Proven track record in negotiations, RFPs, and end-to-end contract execution.
• Strong agility and communication to navigate within a global matrix organization.
• Ability to analyze complex market data and drive insights and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFx design, market and spend intelligence, supplier evaluations). Draft robust BARs aligned with strategic procurement frameworks.
• Partner with cost modeling teams to lead commercial negotiations and execute regional/global legal contracts and SLAs.
• Secure competitive pricing, volume rebates, capacity, and service terms.
• Drive supplier performance and relationships through SRM, collaborating with Global Category Leads, R&D, SQA, Supply, and Finance.
• Proactively assess and mitigate supply chain risks to safeguard supply security and quality.
