Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior sourcing professional to own strategic sourcing and supplier management across key company areas. You will partner with Finance, Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, Compliance, HR, and Facilities to drive sourcing processes and negotiate terms with suppliers.

You will lead complex end-to-end sourcing events, develop sourcing plans, and drive savings while building strong supplier agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, category management, or related field.
• 3+ years owning Corporate Services categories (Facilities/Real Estate, HR Services, Travel, Marketing, or Contingent Workforce).
• Experience leading complex sourcing events end-to-end: RFx, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Strong business judgment and analytical rigor: spend analysis, benchmarking, business cases, and savings measurement.
• Deep understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay practices.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, Privacy, IT and Compliance.
