The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for castings, forgings, machined and fabricated components, and other metal-based commodities. This role leads supplier selection, contract negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and supply base optimization while ensuring quality, delivery, and operational requirements are met. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Category Management teams, this position plays a key role in establishing a competitive, resilient, and scalable supply chain that supports business growth and operational excellence.

Pay Range & Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $126,800 - $160,000. This range represents the Company's good‑faith estimate of the compensation reasonably expected to be paid for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
This position is classified as exempt under applicable wage and hour laws and is not eligible for overtime pay.
In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in the Company's benefit programs described above. Eligibility for specific compensation programs, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment is governed by applicable plan documents and Company policies.
