Pay range: $37-$40 Hourly on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to lead part readiness from concept through production by ensuring supplier quality, cost competitiveness, and supply chain alignment. This role will drive APQP, PPAP, VAVE, and sourcing collaboration to support New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), and New Source Introduction (NSI) initiatives.

Role:

Lead APQP & PPAP activities to ensure on-time, high-quality part readiness for NPI, CPI, and NSI programs

Drive supplier quality performance, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality feedback loops

Collaborate with engineering on design for manufacturability (DFM) and support engineering/source changes

Execute VAVE and should-cost analysis to achieve cost reduction and optimize component design

Partner with sourcing and supply chain teams to implement product supply strategies and supplier selection

Work cross-functionally using tools like Teamcenter to ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, and quality

Experience required:

3 or more years of experience and Bachelor's or Master's Degree
