Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support to Supply Chain Sourcing Specialists, including data mining for opportunity assessment and support of sourcing initiatives (RFP data elements and evaluation).
• Develop, maintain, and manage standardized reporting and tracking tools including Metric Dashboards, KPI tracking, Workplan tracking and maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining savings tracking and liaison with Finance/Accounting staff to assure accurate savings/impact analysis and documentation.
• Coordinate with various internal groups to ensure accuracy and availability of data sources, including assessment of departmental level supply utilization highlighting variances and opportunities.
• Interface and coordinate with various 3rd party services (e.g., Vizient, Captis, GHX, ECRI, etc.) to assure accuracy of data submissions and requests, maximizing effective utilization of those tools.
• Analyze indirect spend data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and sourcing priorities.
• Analyze information, prepare reports and presentations to support Category Managers in negotiations and projects.
• Support research for new suppliers when needed.
• Support RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain supplier performance dashboards and track KPIs.
• Assist in the development of category strategies, procurement policies, and supplier vetting and rationalization initiatives.
