Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking an analyst to support Sourcing Specialists with data mining for opportunities and evaluation. You will develop dashboards and KPI tracking, while maintaining savings analyses and coordinating with Finance for documentation.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, engaging with 3rd party services, and supporting RFx processes, supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support to sourcing specialists including data mining for opportunity assessment and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools: dashboards, KPI tracking and workplans.
• Maintain savings tracking and coordinate with Finance to document impact analyses.
• Coordinate with internal groups to ensure accurate data sources and highlight variances and opportunities.
• Interface with 3rd party services (Vizient, Captis, GHX, ECRI, etc.) to ensure accurate data submissions and efficient use of tools.
• Analyze indirect spend to identify trends, savings opportunities and sourcing priorities.
• Prepare reports/presentations to support Category Managers in negotiations and projects.
• Assist in researching new suppliers when needed.
• Support RFx processes, supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Maintain supplier performance dashboards and track KPIs.
• Assist in developing category strategies, procurement policies, and supplier vetting initiatives.

Job description

• Provide Analytic support to Supply Chain Sourcing Specialists including data mining for opportunity assessment, support of sourcing initiatives (RFP data elements and evaluation).
• Develop, maintain and manage standardized reporting and tracking tools including Metric Dashboards, KPI tracking, Workplan tracking and maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining savings tracking and liaison with Finance/Accounting staff to assure savings/impact analysis is accurate and appropriately documented.
• Coordinates with various internal groups to ensure accuracy and availability of data sources including assessment of departmental level supply utilization highlighting variances and opportunties
• Interface and coordinate with various 3rd party services to assure accuracy of data submissions, data requests and maximize effective utilization of those tools. Services include but not limited to; Vizient, Captis, GHX, ECRI, etc.Analyze indirect spend data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and sourcing priorities.
