Job summary

Southern California Edison in Rosemead is seeking a Source to Pay (S2P) & Systems Senior Advisor to align procurement platforms with strategic plans. You will document business needs, drive technology solutions, and oversee implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of S2P systems, testing features before rollout and monitoring performance after go-live.

Hybrid work in California with up to 10% travel; relocation not required; collaborate with stakeholders and IT to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in procurement systems, standards, regulations, procedures, and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience with SAP, Ariba and/or Fieldglass within Supply Chain and/or Procurement.
• Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with clients, including independently identifying client needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables and presenting results.
• Experience working with cross functional teams and influencing outcomes and removing barriers.
• Experience interfacing and collaborating with executive and senior management, peers, departments, and external parties to develop solutions and ensure consensus.
• Experience implementing and enhancing procurement tools, strategies, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in procurement systems, standards, regulations, procedures, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science or a related field
• Strong experience with SAP, Aribia and/or Fieldglass within Supply Chain and/or Procurement
• Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional Information

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
