Job summary

TC Restaurant Group seeks a Sound Engineer to manage live audio for performances and events at our venues. You will oversee lighting and AV, mix live sound, and ensure all equipment is delivered, set up, and maintained professionally.

The role requires experience in live sound, acoustics, stage lighting, and video engineering, with strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with venue staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-house lighting and audiovisual for events.
• Provides AV support to venue management and entertainment staff.
• Mixes and supports live performances; handles delivery, setup, and routine maintenance of AV gear.
• Maintains AV equipment and booth organization; ensures stage setup and teardown.
• Communicates issues with entertainment/performers and coordinates event specifics with venue management.

POSITION SUMMARY:

SoundEngineersupports inexecutingthe overall day -to-day technical,operational needsfor sound,lights,video, andbackline equipment requiredfor all musicperformances and events at TCRestaurant Groupproperties. While actingas primary audio/visualequipment operator,SoundEngineer will work in an efficient andprofessionalmannerwhilemaintaining apositive attitude.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• - OverseesallFrontofHouselightingandaudiovisual
• - Provides audioandvideo(A/V) support to venue management and sstage entertainment,including coordination of equipment documentation, handling the nightly mixing for the live performances, and coordinating event operations
• - Mixesand supportslive performances, in addition to thedelivery,setupand routine maintenance of audio/videoequipment
• - MaintainsallA/Velementsand keeps the A/V booth cleanandorganized
• - Executes stageset-upand tear-down
• - Communicatesany Issueswithentertainment/performers
• - Monitorsd i ning roomlevel audio
• - Assistsindisplaying correct TV screen images, logo s, visuals,and chan el changes
• - Completes a summary of s how for every set
• - Communicates and coordinates event specifics to and with venue management

WORKING KNOWLEDGE /EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

• - 1-2 years Profe ssional Live Audio Experience
• - High School Diploma or equivalent required
• - Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• - Ability to access and operate business applications for communication with fellow team members (i.e. email, chat/text messaging)
• - Workingknowledgeof music, acoustics,stagelighting,and videoengineeringisrequired
• - Maintainaprofessional,neat, and well-groomed appearance adheringtoCompanystandards
• - Workwill includeindoor and/oroutdoorareas. Must have the ability to withstand high and low temperatures
• - Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy etc. Work may be performed in small areas with a limited access
