Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Textile Sorter in Rockwall, TX. Under supervision, you will sort donated textiles by quality and brand and keep the production area clean, neat, and safe.

Responsibilities include handling non-sellable items, moving back stock, and maintaining proper dress code and name badge. A background in retail or stock handling is preferred, with the ability to stand for long periods and read/write English.

SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Team Leader and Production Team Leader, the Textile Sorter is to process and sort all textile donations. Primary duties include sorting donated textiles based on quality and brand. In addition, the Textile Sorter must maintain the production area by keeping the workstation clean, neat, and in a safe condition.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES1. Sort donated textile and place non-sellable items into outlet containers.2. Sort donated textile and place non-seasonal back stock items in company provided back stock boxes.3. Keep production area clean, neat, and safe.4. Maintain well-groomed appearance and appropriate dress code including name badge.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES1. Responsible for performing their assigned duties within the framework of our Core Principles2. Attend in-service and related training as assigned by Team Leader.3.
