Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a General Laborer for our recycling facility in Plainfield, IN. This hands-on role involves sorting recyclable materials in a fast-paced environment and supporting warehouse cleanliness.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–1:00 AM (or until work is finished). You will lift up to 50 lbs, stay active on your feet, and follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a physical environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must pass E-Verify.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
