Job summary

SourceNow in Conover, NC is seeking an entry-level Recyclable Material Sorter to join our manufacturing environment. No experience is required; training is provided to help you learn safe, efficient material sorting and teamwork.

This role offers $16.00 per hour, weekly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the opportunity to build experience in recycling and environmental services with potential for long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a background check.
• Fast-paced environment; dependable and punctual.
