Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Sonographer (PRN / Float) for multiple locations in Florida, including Westshore, Brandon, St. Petersburg, and Wesley Chapel.

The role involves per diem shifts on Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekday options, contributing to a nationally respected fertility practice. Ideal candidates have formal ultrasound training from an AMA approved program and ARDMS registry with RDMS/RVT credentials, plus experience with fertility patients and two+ years as an ultrasound

Qualifications

• Formal ultrasound training completed in an AMA approved school.
• Must meet ARDMS registry requirements.
• RDMS and RVT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed ultrasound examinations of anatomy/pathology.
• Take measurements and calculations as required.
• Document results in electronic medical records.
• Establish rapport with patients and provide explanations of procedures.
• Contribute to patient care in a per-diem/float capacity.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Sonographer (PRN / Float) to join our team atShady Grove Fertilityin Westshore, Brandon, St. Petersburg, and Wesley Chapel, Florida. (Float locations are flexible)

• Schedule: Per diem, as needed on Saturdays and Sundays; 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Occasional weekday shifts also available

In this role, the S onographerwill:

• Perform detailed examinations of the anatomy/pathology

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school, and meeting the requirements for registry by ARDMS
• RDMS/RVT required
• Understanding and ability to follow MD protocols for procedures
• Ability to effectively operate all pieces of equipment utilized within the scope of this job
• Prior experience with fertility patients strongly preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist in women’s health
