Pay Range (Base Pay) : $46.39 - $89.72 per hour.
Starting Pay Range (Base Pay) :$47.00 - $80.00 per hour.
Regular full-timeis classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:
NOTE: A team memberwhoisat least 21 years old andis anactivefull-time or part-time employeeiseligibleto participate in our 401(k) Planat the time of hireand contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
A team memberiseligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
Paid Time Off:All regular full-timeteammembers are eligible for PTO that may be used for time away from work.Team members hired before the 15th of the monthaccrue PTO the first month of employment;however,team members hired on or after the 16th of the month begin accruing PTO the month following date of hire.
Paid Holidays:TheCompany observes the following Holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Juneteenth; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Friday after Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; and 1 Floating Holiday.
NOTE: The paid holidays above are offered to regular full-time team members upon employment. Full-time team members who work fewer than 40 hours per week will receive holiday pay on a pro-ratedbasis.
