Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is pleased to offer an opportunity for direct contracting for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers to come and experience what it is like to be part of Northern Light Health. We are open to applications from interested Vascular Sonographers who would like to work directly for the organization in a traveler like role. The Vascular Sonographer will become part of our team as temporary per diem employees for a period of 12 weeks. Vascular Sonographers will be scheduled as needed based on patient care needs. Positions are available on both nights and days. The Vascular Sonographer will perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound and vascular testing procedures, ensuring high-quality images for interpretation by physicians. This role requires a compassionate individual with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. The Sonographer may be involved in part of a procedural team and will treat patients of all age groups to include infancy, pediatrics, adults and geriatrics.
Must have current ARDMS credentials in vascular technology (RVT).
