Job summary

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification is required.
• Proven diagnostic medical sonography experience.
• Strong OB/Gyn ultrasound experience.
• Procedure assist experience preferred.
• Customer service and scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/Gyn ultrasound exams with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Occasionally perform thyroid, renal, and abdominal ultrasounds.
• Read, interpret, and document ultrasound findings.
• Provide observation summaries for each exam.
• Assist with ultrasound guidance for in-office procedures.
• Ensure proper setup and imaging accuracy during procedures.
• Complete ultrasound exams efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Support patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Complete billing for ultrasound procedures accurately.
• Deliver a compassionate, high-touch guest experience.
• Communicate clearly to help guests feel informed and at ease.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless care.
• Engage in ongoing learning with the Sonographer team.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and compassionate Sonographer to join our growing practice. This role is responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams while delivering an exceptional, concierge-level experience to our guests.

Responsibilities

Ultrasound Imaging & Clinical Excellence

• Perform high-quality Obstetric and Gynecological ultrasound exams with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Occasionally perform Thyroid, Renal, and Abdominal ultrasound exams as needed.
• Accurately read, interpret, and document ultrasound images and findings.
• Provide clear and thorough observation summaries for each exam.

Procedural Support

• Assist providers with ultrasound guidance for in-office procedures.
• Ensure proper setup, imaging accuracy, and support during procedures.

Workflow & Productivity

• Complete ultrasound exams efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Support consistent patient flow and contribute to overall clinic efficiency.
• Complete billing for each ultrasound performed with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• ARDMS Certification (required)
• Proven clinical experience as a diagnostic medical sonographer
• Strong experience in Obstetric and Gynecological ultrasound exams
• Procedure assist experience (preferred)
• Customer service and scheduling experience (preferred)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
