Job summary

TridentCare is seeking compassionate sonographers for per diem positions in Huntsville, Alabama. As part of our team, you will provide mobile ultrasound services, maintaining high standards of care for patients in their own homes.

With a focus on independence and flexibility, you’ll enjoy a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including performing ultrasound studies and ensuring equipment cleanliness. The role requires a general or vascular registry, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• General or vascular registry a must; echo is a plus.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.
• Annual TB screens and physicals must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile ultrasound services to patients at their location.
• Perform quality ultrasound studies for radiological interpretation.
• Interact compassionately with patients while driving to service areas.

Per Diem positions available. General Vascular – echo a plus! Join the nation’s leading provider of diagnostic mobile imaging services. Our sonographers provide care wherever patients call home. Our ultrasound techs are provided with all needed resources, including vehicle and gas card, portable ultrasound machine, equipment, PPE, scrubs, etc.

Pay: $35.00

Shift: Saturday ONLY 8am – 5pm or Sunday ONLY 8am – 5pm

Role: Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Be on the team! Hold yourself and teammates accountable for compassion, empathy, and upholding values.
• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally by driving company vehicle to each patient within designated service area.
• Perform quality ultrasound studies to transmit to radiologist for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and schedule maintenance.
• Assist in other service areas as needed.
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets as per protocol.
• Other duties as needed:
  • Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing.
  • Attend and participate in meetings.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance.
  • Train other technologists.
  • Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
