Job summary

Fairview Hospital is seeking a Diagnostic Sonographer to perform ultrasound exams, set up equipment, and capture high-quality images for interpretation in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will ensure patient safety and maintain equipment functionality while coordinating with PACS submissions.

This role requires completion of a sonography program, RDMS/RVS/RVT registration, and BLS certification. You must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Sonography program; no experience required.
• Valid registration as a sonographer (RDMS, RVS, or RVT) with appropriate specialty.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and reach frequently; ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and safety awareness.
