Mercor is seeking a Music & Lyrics Expert (Vietnamese) for a remote, contract-based role. Evaluate AI-generated music and lyrics in Vietnamese and English, rate quality, and compare lyrics to published songs to inform model improvement.

Work asynchronously up to 6 months, about 20+ hours per week, starting immediately. Requires native or near-native Vietnamese, experience as songwriter or lyricist, and good listening equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have native or near-native Vietnamese proficiency and ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist, with knowledge of the Vietnamese music scene.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

• Evaluate AI-generated music across genres and rate it against quality standards in Vietnamese and English.
• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs to identify similarities.
• Rate lyrics based on quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality.

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese. Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
  • Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist. Knowledge of the Vietnamese music scene.
