Job summary

JBT Marel is hiring a Solutions Manager for Poultry NA in Gainesville, GA. This hybrid role leads Layout and Project Engineering teams, coordinating with Sales, Innovation, and Project Management to deliver technical solutions from concept to completion.

You will drive engineering practices, mentor staff, and ensure projects meet customer requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Travel up to 25% is required.

Leads Layout and Project Engineering teams in delivering technical solutions throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Sets team priorities, allocates resources, and ensures alignment with customer requirements, project objectives, and engineering standards. Partners with Sales, Innovation, and Project Management leaders to develop solution concepts and technical strategies. Drives consistency in engineering practices, resolves complex technical issues, and supports the hiring, development, and coaching of engineering talent.
