Riverstone Logistics is seeking a Solutions Engineer, Supply Chain Modeling to turn messy client data into actionable pricing and network designs. You will design executable logistics solutions and support operations through complex integrations across the U.S. market.
The role emphasizes hands-on operations experience, SQL/Python data modeling, and collaboration with pricing and site-level teams. Occasional travel to client sites is required as part of deployments and startup support.
“RLX is truly a one of a kind company that backs up intent with action. Everyday the focus is always on finding solutions instead of focusing on the problems.”
RLX
There is a real person on the other end of every delivery, every relationship, every mile. The work you do here connects to a greater purpose — and so do you.
We invest in the people who show up. Build new skills, take on more responsibility, and find a path that’s actually yours.

The work is fast-paced, the problems are real, and the people who thrive here are the ones who show up, dig in, and keep moving forward.
Every division runs because of the people behind it. Our corporate teams span finance, communications, talent, technology, and more — building the systems, strategies, and culture that make Riverstone work. If you’re passionate about building processes, empowering people, and shaping what’s next, you belong here.
Solutions Engineer, Supply Chain Modeling
Riverstone Logistics (RLX) is a big and bulky supply chain powerhouse delivering seamless final mile, middle mile, warehousing, fulfillment, and storage solutions through a nationally integrated platform.
Founded in 2017 by five partners who believed logistics could be built around something bigger than moving freight, we began with furniture delivery and grew into a nationwide provider serving complex supply chains across the United States.
We are a purpose-driven company. We exist to use our God-given talents and opportunities to love our neighbors, serve our communities, and improve our industry. That purpose shapes how we lead our teams, how we partner with our customers, and how we take ownership of every delivery.
Our people, who we call Extra Milers, bring genuine integrity and care to every mile. If you lead well, communicate with clarity, and want your work to mean something, we want to meet you. If you're looking for a place where people genuinely matter, you've found it.
Role Overview
Mission: The Solutions Engineer, Supply Chain Modeling exists to turn messy client data into pricing and network designs that actually hold up on the warehouse floor — protecting RLX's margin and giving new accounts a clean start from day one.
Core Objective: To design highly accurate, executable logistics solutions that drive profitable pricing strategies while supporting Operations through complex network integrations, empowering Riverstone to be the first fully integrated, coast-to-coast, big & bulky logistics company in North America.
Who You Are ("The Ideal Candidate")
You likely didn't start your career in a traditional pricing or finance department. You probably cut your teeth in physical operations — running cross-docks, high-volume fulfillment, or inbound networks — and taught yourself SQL, Python, or data modeling because legacy WMS and TMS platforms were too slow to solve the constraints you were actually facing on the floor. We need an operational hacker who builds scalable, data-driven solutions and executable financial models, not a desk-bound analyst who doesn't understand variable labor or peak-season realities.
