Job summary

Digimarc is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join the Solution Advisory Team. You will work with customers to extend and customize the Illuminate platform, delivering polished, scalable integrations and demos.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer teams to provide first-class solutions, while traveling up to about 20% of the time to support diverse client needs.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in other programming languages a bonus: C++, Java, Bash, Python.

  • Provide technical onboarding and guidance to customers, agencies and partners developing solutions for the Illuminate platform.
  • Configure and setup accounts in the Illuminate platform.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the use of our tools and APIs.
  • Script master data imports and custom data exports.
  • Code against vendor and partner services to build real-time integrations.
  • Collaborate with the engineers, product managers, and other technical team members of your customers and partners.
  • Support the design and development of sales demos and proof of concept applications.
  • Provide 2 nd and 3 rd level technical support to our customers.
  • Proactively contribute to the wider success of the Solution Advisory Team.
  • Collaborate with internal Digimarc teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and meet the needs of our customers.

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Engineer that will report directly to our Sr. Director, Technical Services. As a Solution Engineer in the Solution Advisory Team you will play a key role in driving customer success by developing customer-specific solutions that extend and personalize the core Digimarc Illuminate platform and related solutions. You have a passion for technology and for engaging with customers. You will bring your strong technical and business skills to bear to develop first-class solutions that drive business value. You are curious and intuitive, and enjoy experimenting and finding full-stack creative solutions to unique problems. You enjoy variety and delighting internal and external customers with polished implementations which are well thought out.

This role requires an openness to travel estimated at 20%.

PAY RANGE:

A reasonable estimate of the current range for base salary is $115,000-$135,000.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, geography and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
