F5 Networks, Inc is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support sales with deep technical knowledge of F5 solutions. You will engage Enterprise, ITES, and financial services customers, delivering designs, proofs of concept, and compelling business cases.

You will work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with customer objectives and drive multi-cloud deployments, security, and automation initiatives.

Competenze

• Minimum 8+ years in related industry roles.
• At least 4+ years in a customer-facing technical position.
• Familiarity with F5 products or similar solutions is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Job Overview:

The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a sales and technical role with focus on Enterprise, FSI, IT, ITES customer/partners and is part of the sales organization. TheSE’s primary responsibility is to support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around F5 solutions to our customers.To be effective, an SE needs to have excellent technical skills and knowledge on both F5 products and the “eco-system” that we work in. Fear not, we do provide training and certification to keep abreast with these critical skills!

Thehigh-levelobjective is to achieve the allocated sales target and selling relevant F5 solutions and products to our customers business needs, in partnership with the Sales Account Manager. Fromourcustomer(s)perspective, the SE is a trusted adviser who proactively learns and understands their technical and business challenges andis able topropose effective solutions to mitigate their concerns/offer gainful solutions.The F5 SE not onlypresents the technical features but also business benefits in the Technical Value Proposition.

What You’ll Do:

• Articulate the F5productstrategy,messaging and positioning F5’svalue propositionand solutionsfor customer business objectives


• Providetechnical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, solution demonstrations,proof of conceptsbyvarious mediums – in‑person/virtual presentations, white boardsetc


• Determine opportunity viability and map the organisational structure.


• Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager, by identifying the Technical Decision Maker, getting their technical validation, support, and sponsorship


• Consistently provide world‑class customer servicethrough the customer life cycle


• Work collaboratively with internal technical and salesresources, share best practices, updates,offerand seekexpertise as the need arisesin various opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of related industry experience


• 4+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing technical role


• Familiarity/experience withF5or similar industrysolution deploymenta plus


• Relevant certifications a plus


• Experience in secure cloud architectures


• Experience with public/private cloud vendors and automation toolsets


• Experience with multi-cloud design


• Proficiency with AI Architectures and Security


• Experience with container orchestration solutions (eg: OpenShift, Kubernetes)


• Proficiency in one or more programming languages will be an added advantage
