Job summary

Viking Electric in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Solutions Center Lead for a full-time role starting at 6:00am, Monday–Friday. Compensation includes hourly pay of $25.00–$30.00, a short-term incentive bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary responsibilities include building work orders, training associates to meet timelines and quality standards, performing warehousing duties, cycle counting, ensuring orders and transfers are accurate and on schedule, and maintaining organized job

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in operations, distribution, logistics, warehousing, and/or electrical assembly.
• Electrical and/or mechanical background.
• Experience cycle counting, inventory reconciliation and automated systems.
• Knowledge of VE's system, processes, and products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build work orders and provide assistance and training to other associates to ensure all orders are built in the required timeframe and meet the required quality standards.
• Direct and perform a variety of warehousing duties including cycle counting and discrepancy analysis and resolution.
• Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
• Create and maintain job folders, including pictures, drawings, and instructions for all jobs.
• Analyze and identify root cause of errors and inventory discrepancies.
