Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP ECC and S/4HANA delivery experience in functional or lead roles.
• 10+ years in SAP Order to Cash with strong process knowledge.
• Deep Oil & Gas domain and end-to-end configuration experience.
• SD-FI and SD-MM integration familiarity; Fiori experience preferred.
• Experience in larger consulting environments and pre-sales a plus.

The Role

With the upcoming upgrade to S/4 HANA, changes to the hosting environments, and opportunities from Cloud, data/analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Edge, the demand for SAP environments to be performant, flexible, and efficient is higher than ever. Kyndryl is expanding its SAP consulting team to fulfill that demand.

• Plan, Manage and Execute delivery as a Leader in client‑facing engagements.
• Design, Build and Optimize solutions based on the SAP Business Suite and S/4 HANA.
• Help Plan, Roadmap, and Execute migrations to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Collaborate on a cross‑functional basis to develop and deliver technology solutions.
• Define and update Solution Roadmaps, Architecture documents, etc.
• Help transition delivered solutions to the Support/Services organization with an attention to quality.
• Mentor and guide colleagues and partners.
• Expertise in SD‑FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter‑company processing) and setting up SD pricing design and integration.
• Knowledge of SD‑MM integration (MM fields impacting SD).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 12+ years of experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, in a specialized delivery role, such as Functional Lead, Program Manager, Solution Architect, etc.
• 10+ years of functional experience within the SAP Order to Cash module.
• Thorough domain knowledge in Sales and/or Service Business processes and strong end‑to‑end system configuration skills in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Strong background in Oil and Gas Greenfield and brownfield implementations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience working in a larger consulting organization.
• Pre‑Sales and RFPs.
• Functional Knowledge in MM, WM, QM, and PP is a huge plus.
• Fiori experience.

Base Compensation

The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is – $143,640 to $273,000 based on a full‑time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. Your actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job‑related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

California (San Francisco Bay Area): $172,440 to $327,600

California (All Other): $158,040 to $300,360

Colorado: $143,640 to $273,000

Massachusetts/ Virginia: $143,640 to $300,360

New York City: $172,440 to $327,600

Washington: $158,040 to $300,360

Washington DC: $158,040 to $300,360

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
