WINTrio LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect III to lead the technical design for modernization of a federal survey data collection platform. This role defines the target architecture across web, mobile, and voice channels, ensuring secure integration with agency systems and identity management.

The position is remote with standard hours, requires eligibility for a NACI background check, and hands-on leadership of architecture decisions for scalable, compliant solutions.

Formación

• 7 or more years of experience in solutions architecture or enterprise technical design.
• Experience architecting multi channel platforms, including web, mobile, and voice based systems
• Experience with identity management and secure system integration in federal environments
• Experience leading technical teams through Government project lifecycles
• Familiarity with federal statistical agency systems is a plus
• Must be eligible for a NACI background investigation

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

WINTrio LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect III to lead technical design for modernization of a federal survey data collection platform. This role defines the target architecture across web, mobile, and voice based data collection channels, ensuring secure integration with existing agency systems and identity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements refinement and architecture planning across all modernization tracks
• Design secure integration points between the new platform and existing agency databases and applications
• Define technical standards for API specifications and system interoperability
• Guide development teams on architecture decisions supporting scalability and performance
• Oversee security architecture in alignment with PII protection requirements
• Support accessibility conformance at the architecture level

Technical Skills and Tools

• Architecture: cloud and on premises system design, API architecture, microservices
• Integration: identity and access management, secure data exchange, SSO/PIV integration
• Compliance: federal accessibility standards, FISMA/RMF familiarity
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or comparable environments
• Conversational/Voice Platforms: Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, or comparable telephony architecture (working knowledge preferred)
• Recommended Certifications (not mandatory): AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, relevant enterprise architecture certifications

Work Environment

• Full time position
• Remote eligible
• Standard business hours Monday through Friday
• No travel required
