Responsibilities

• Translate napkin idea into an AWS prototype.
• Translate outages into fixes to improve reliability for the Kearney launch.
• Pull Ruby telemetry into leadership dashboards.
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture.
• Ship Cypress experiments quickly and drop losers.
• Lead incident postmortems to prevent recurrence.
• Identify and fix process-improvement anti-patterns during code reviews.
