Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing technical scope, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and executive-level technical storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with customers to understand processes, outcomes, users, data, and success measures.
• Define end-to-end architecture across Siemens capabilities and customer components (applications, data, AI, security, integrations).
• Govern architecture decisions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes and project scope.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Mentor consultants and technical leads; ensure knowledge transfer and adherence to standards.
