Solutions Architect

Our primary objective is integration, not cold calling. Success is measured by the number of customer APIs successfully connected to our platform and the volume of freight flowing through, rather than the number of sales calls made. You will act as the key liaison between engineering, product, marketing and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integrations and translate complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and logistics teams.
