Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Solution Architect to design and implement end-to-end streaming architectures for real-time data ingestion and processing. You will work with full-stack engineers and data scientists to deploy scalable, fault-tolerant systems across AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities include defining event-driven microservices, establishing data contracts, and ensuring observability and security by design. Travel up to 25% and a Secret clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software and solution architecture
• 2+ years of experience building realtime services using WebSockets and data pipelines
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and C#
• Experience Agile Methodology, Git, JavaScript, CSS, Swagger, OpenAPI, RESTful APIs, AWS, and Azure
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) data architectures
• Experience with data streaming technologies and distributed message queues
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments

• Mentor engineers, review designs and code, and champion SDLC best practices

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
