Phase2 Technology in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Solution Architect to lead complex IT solutions transforming technology for the Army. You will mentor developers and craft innovative enterprise solutions involving cloud migration and modernization.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in designing large-scale solutions, holds a Bachelor’s degree, and has a Top Secret clearance. A competitive salary range of $99,000 to $225,000 annually is offered along with extensive benefits.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions, integrating disparate technologies, and implementing security controls
• Experience working with cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with generating solutions for AI enabled software development
• Experience implementing solutions using modern system architecture principles, including microservices
• Experience modernizing enterprise software delivery in support of digital transformation
• Experience managing technical delivery
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working closely with software development teams
• Experience with project, task, and team leadership
• Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
• Experience evaluating architectural tradeoffs and designing robust service-based software applications for scalable enterprise production use
• Experience with full-stack development in a professional environment for enterprise production capabilities
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent listening skills
• Master's degree
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Certification, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
