Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SQL with proven application development experience
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data storage, and backend/frontend integration
• Excellent problem-solving ability and strategic thinking
• Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Azure data services such as SQL Database, Synapse, and ADF
• Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Prior work with large-scale, long-term projects (6 months to 1 year)
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into development workflows
• Knowledge of corporate data systems within organizations like Microsoft, The Home Depot, or AT&T

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data, analytics, or IT environments
• Experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure suite highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Onsite presence required, with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office weekly)
• Willingness to engage in assessment and interview processes including on-site interviews
• Ability to manage and execute complex projects with a focus on long-term success
