Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a customer-obsessed, technically curious Sr. Solutions Engineer (SE) to act as SME for IAM and IGA initiatives across the Central US region.

This role is remote, with cross-geography collaboration and a strong emphasis on trust and accountability. You will lead efforts across lifecycle management, federation, SSO/MFA, and zero-trust, while partnering with customers and internal teams to design and implement enterprise security solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IAM depth with lifecycle management, federation (OIDC/OAuth), SSO/MFA, and zero-trust/least privilege frameworks.
• Platform experience with CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or AD.
• Strategic & Hands-On: capable of API testing and designing enterprise security roles that pass audits.
• Knowledge multiplier: ability to teach, document, and enable teammates and customers to succeed.
• Extra Credit: understanding the competitive IAM/IGA landscape and scripting for automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ Years of IAM Depth: You know the core building blocks of identity inside and out—lifecycle management, federation (OIDC/OAuth), SSO/MFA, and zero-trust/least privilege frameworks.

• Platform Experience: You’ve spent time in the trenches with platforms like CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or Active Directory.

• Strategic & Hands-On: You can jump from API testing in Postman to designing enterprise security roles that pass regulatory audits with flying colors.

• Knowledge Multiplier: You don't just solve problems—you love teaching, documenting, and enabling your teammates and customers to succeed.

• Extra Credit:

• You know the competitive IAM/IGA landscape and can clearly articulate what makes CyberArk’s solution best-in-class.

• Practical scripting chops to automate workflows and solve real-world security challenges.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com‑missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
