Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Solution Consulting Intern to join our Solution Consulting team for Summer 2027. The role supports demos, content, and projects across the Presales organization, reporting to the Manager, Solution Consulting.

The position is hybrid, with in-office access and a minimum 2 days per week in the office. Preferred locations include Seattle, San Francisco, or Chicago, and applicants must be entering their final undergraduate year (graduating in 2028).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Entering their final undergraduate year of study, graduating in 2028.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite Apps.

Responsibilities

• Learn Solution Consulting skills including discovery, building demos, delivering product demonstrations, objection handling, and answering technical product questions.
• Complete impactful projects for initiatives driven by the Presales Organization.
• Assist the Presales Organization with program improvements and various initiatives to update and uplevel employees.
• Attend meetings with the SC and Sales teams to understand programs being implemented in our Sales organization.
• Research, analyze, interpret, and present patterns and trends in the Presales Organization.
