Job summary

System One is seeking a Solution Architect Sr to provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform, with hands-on development of core components across the stack in Java and Spring Boot. The role involves designing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability.

Key technologies include Java 17+/21, Spring Boot, MongoDB, REST APIs, and cloud deployments (OpenShift preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience building real-time decisioning platforms.
• Deep Java experience with modern stacks and cloud deployments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance tuning, observability, and reliability.

Position Title: Solution Architect Sr

Position Location: PA - Pittsburgh, AZ - Phoenix, TX - Dallas, OH - Cleveland, OH - Strongsville

Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for a real?time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands?on development—designing and coding core components end?to?end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long?term maintainability.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Modern Java depth Java 17 + /Java 21
• Spring Boot
• MongoDB
• Distributed system design
• Performance tuning
• Rest API's
• Observability & Reliability ( logging, tracing, etc.)
• Cloud (Any cloud fine, Preferably Red Hat Open shift)
