KPMG is currently seeking a Solution Architect, ServiceNow to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms.
  • Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain, including leading proofs of concept for new solutions.
  • Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, coordinate with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues; ensure solutions are integrated with other systems and processes.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM and more).
Qualifications
  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow including extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM and more).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs required; CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, including upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
  • Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions and the interconnectedness between modules and core data.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
