Solution Architect
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with client executive and technical stakeholders to design and build scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions.
- Develop comprehensive solutions aligned with business objectives, considering scalability, performance, security, efficiency, and cost.
- Provide client collateral including architectural drawings, design specifications, implementation guides, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Lead technical teams in the development and deployment of cloud solutions, providing expert guidance and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards, including data protection, encryption, access control, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement cost‑effective strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Share best‑practice knowledge among the cloud solution architect community.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying innovative solutions and opportunities for efficiency.
- Lead engagement teams, delegate responsibilities, and mentor fellow consultants.
- Work within the sales process to lead technical whiteboards, scope projects, create sales collateral, and present to C‑Level executives.
- Write and present statements of work.
- Lead and coordinate implementation & migration projects, ensuring they stay on track and within scope.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and business productivity improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and communicate clearly with clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop rapport with client technical staff and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Microsoft 365 Suite: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Purview.
- Microsoft Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate.
- Copilot: Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio.
- Krushell: Extensive experience in M365 PowerShell automation (preferably PnP).
- Designing SharePoint and web‑based content solutions, including UI/UX design and information architecture.
- Building solutions that integrate and extend Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Microsoft Graph, Copilot Studio).
- Experience with migrations – complex, multi‑workstream migrations to and from M365.
- Experience with the Power Platform suite of products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).
- Evaluating and re‑engineering business processes to improve efficiency and workflow automation.
- Five or more years in consulting with enterprise clients.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology (desired).
- Knowledge of migration tooling: DryvIQ, AvePoint Fly, ShareGate, BitTitan, Dataverse; SharePoint Development Framework; Microsoft Syntex/SharePoint Premium.
