Job summary

Syndigo is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect/Consultant to lead functional design for enterprise PXM, PIM and MDM implementations, aligning business requirements with data strategy and platform capability. This is a remote role open to candidates in Portugal, with fluency in French and English.

You will own discovery, functional design and governance, decide AI readiness, and guide multi-system integration, data models, and data quality initiatives, while facilitating workshops and design

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, business analysis, or enterprise data platforms.
• Extensive experience with PIM, MDM, PXM or similar data-centric platforms.
• Strong data governance and data quality background.
• Proficient with SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery and design for PXM, PIM, MDM solutions.
• Define data models, taxonomies, attributes, workflows, and business rules.
• Design integration approach and support data migration and cutover strategy.

This is a remote position, open to candidates in Portugal ONLY.

This position also requires a candidate to be fluent in French and English.

We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect / Consultant to lead functional solution design for enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations, ensuring strong alignment between business requirements, data strategy, and platform capability.

You will own discovery, functional design, and solution definition across complex, multi-system environments. You will act as design authority for the program and decide whether a customer’s product data foundation is genuinely ready for AI and agentic commerce, then design the governance that keeps automation safe.

• Lead functional discovery and design for PXM, PIM, and MDM solutions
• Define data models, taxonomies, attributes, workflows, and business rules
• Design integration approach and support data migration and cutover strategy

• Act as design authority, ensuring solution clarity, integrity, and governance

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

• 10+ years in solution architecture, business analysis, or enterprise data platforms
• Deep experience with PIM, MDM, PXM, or comparable data-centric platforms
• Strong grounding in data governance, data quality, and taxonomy design
• SQL, REST APIs, and JSON to a confident working standard
• Outstanding workshop facilitation and executive communication
• GS1, GDSN, or retailer content standards experience
• CDMP, DAMA, or equivalent data management certification
• Practical experience designing AI or agentic workflows on enterprise data
• Additional language capability, particularly French
