Qualifications

• 8+ years of architecture or engineering experience in mobile applications.
• Enterprise-scale mobile architecture and iOS-first delivery experience.
• Proficiency in React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.
• Cloud services knowledge: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Secure authentication flows with Okta or similar providers.
• Experience with headless CMS integration (Contentstack).
• Experience designing personalization engines and dynamic content strategies.
• Understanding iOS and Android platform differences and native module integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design for mobile release management.
• Enterprise-level security, performance, scalability, and maintainability principles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mobile architecture and technical strategy for iOS first release and Android later.
• Define engineering standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines for the mobile team.
• Lead technical decision-making and conduct architecture reviews.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Define technical roadmaps and align decisions with business goals.
• Evaluate tools, libraries, and frameworks for long-term scalability.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices and architectural standards.
• Produce architecture diagrams, integration flows, and technical documentation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and debt; drive mitigation strategies.
