Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect to design and validate how our solutions meet customers’ business needs. You will translate enterprise direction into concrete architectures for priority use cases and bring deep product knowledge to the engagement.

You will run technical discovery, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements, validating feasibility, scalability, and security while aligning the platform with ERP, cloud, data platforms, and third-party AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting, with enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing solutions for at least one priority industry with reusable patterns.
• Background in pre-sales, including pursuit support and proof-of-value delivery.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, CSA, or similar are a plus.

Job Description

A solution architect designs and validates how specific ServiceNow solutions will meet the customer’s business and industry requirements. The SA brings deep product and industry knowledge and translates the EA’s enterprise direction into workable solution designs for priority use cases.

What you get to do in this role:

• Own solution design for key ServiceNow solutions, such as SecOps, TechOps, AI Control Tower, and Employee Works with HRSD or S2P within the customer’s enterprise architecture
• Run technical discovery, solution workshops, and proof-of-value engagements, and produce solution architecture documents, integration designs, and reference architectures.
• Validate technical feasibility, scalability, security, and data design with customer architects and engineering teams.
• Align the ServiceNow platform strategy with the customer’s wider technology estate, including ERP, cloud, data platforms, and third-party AI.
• Feed field learnings, customer patterns, and reusable assets back to the EA and product teams.

Working relationships:

• Solution Consultants (SCs): Partner with SCs to shape the enterprise architecture narrative in pursuits, validate target-state recommendations, and align solution scope with the account strategy. The EA provides architectural direction and governance; the SC leads day-to-day solution positioning.
• Specialists: Engage product and industry specialists to validate platform capabilities, roadmap alignment, and emerging AI and workflow offerings before they are included in target-state designs.
• Account Sales Executives (AEs): Work with AEs to identify architecture-led opportunities, plan executive engagements, and sequence architecture decisions against deal timelines and buying cycles.
• Customer stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and business sponsors. Facilitate design authority sessions, executive briefings, and architecture workshops that lead to shared decisions.

Industry focus: Each SA aligns to one or more priority industries(FSI, Telco, Public Sector) in Asia, building deep vertical expertise and reusable industry solution patterns.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 7 or more years in solution architecture, technical solution consulting, or implementation delivery, with hands-on experience on enterprise ServiceNow or comparable workflow platforms/solutions
• Experience designing solutions for at least one priority industry(FSI, Telco, Public sector), with a track record of reusable industry patterns or accelerators
• Background in pre-sales or technical roles, including pursuit support, technical validation, and proof-of-value delivery
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist, where applicable, plus relevant cloud or integration credentials
• Experience working across Asia markets, with the ability to engage both regional and local customer teams
• Deep product expertise across the ServiceNow portfolio, including workflow automation, AI, and platform capabilities
• Solution design, integration architecture, and API-based integration patterns
• Industry business process knowledge in one or more priority verticals
• Technical discovery, solution workshops, and requirements translation
• Proof-of-value design, delivery oversight, and success measurement
• Demo and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
• Competitive positioning and technical objection handling
