Job summary

Insight Global Labs, the AI division of Insight Global, is seeking a Solution Architect – Agentic AI to bridge business strategy and technical execution. You will design agentic AI solutions using our Factory framework and leading models, taking projects from prototype to production while guiding executive stakeholders.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, craft roadmaps, and mentor teams across engagements, with frequent collaboration across industries and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and modern software architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, including RAG, agentic AI frameworks, evaluation frameworks and AI tooling.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with executive stakeholders and drive client outcomes.
• Experience delivering complex projects across multiple industries and business domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI frameworks
• Evaluation frameworks and AI tooling
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with executive stakeholders and drive client outcomes.
• Experience delivering complex projects across multiple industries and business domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of one or more cloud platforms:
• AWS
• Experience taking AI solutions from concept to production, not just proof-of-concepts.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering business value through technology.
