Job summary

BizFlow Corporation is seeking a Solutions Architect to join a growing, customer-focused team as a trusted advisor. You will capture business requirements, model processes, and translate them into prototypes and functional specs within the BizFlow M platform.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives and senior stakeholders to design and validate innovative solutions. You will present concepts to clients, develop training materials, and support delivery from planning through release.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand BizFlow M platform and apply it to customer challenges.
• Identify, document, and model business requirements; translate to POCs and user stories.
• Present documentation, demos, and POVs to customers and executives.
• Develop and deliver training content for BizFlow M platform.
• Represent stakeholders through planning, development, and release phases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams on designs.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Help develop and run test plans to validate deliveries.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers for informed decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities for growth.

Job Summary:

BizFlow Corporation is seeking an exceptional customer-focused and results-driven Solution Architect to join a growing team of professionals as a Trusted Advisor to our customers. As a Solution Architect, you’ll work with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements to drive development of innovative solutions.
Solutions Architect should have a strong desire to understand how things work and be able to decompose processes into activities that can be measured and improved upon. This position is ideal for someone who possesses a strong desire to learn, has a good knowledgeof IT and enterprise systems, and is comfortable consulting senior leadership and other business executives. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and be a team player.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Have a thorough understanding of the BizFlow M platform, its capabilities, and its application to customers’ business challenges.
• Work with clients and partners to identify, document, and model business and functional requirements, translating them into proof of concepts (POCs), user stories, and functional specifications within the BizFlow M platform.
• Present written documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and POC demos to potential and current customers and partners of all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Develop and deliver training related content – including lecture plans, exercises, and demonstrations – for the BizFlow M platform.
• Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to review requirement specifications and technical designs and provide insightful feedback.
• Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions.
• Assist in developing and carrying out test plans to validate that the delivery of solution(s) meets customer requirements.
• Consistently and accurately communicate findings, recommendations, and other pertinent information to the customer to enable them to make informed decisions.
• Identify new business and uncover potential opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• BA experience minimum 3+ years.
• Experience with Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrates consistent, excellent communication and presentation skills to instill trust, ease, and authenticity with both customers and co-workers.
• Able to develop strong relationships and negotiate consensus among competing stakeholders.
• Displays strong organizational skills – must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrable multi-tasking ability.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented culture and work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness while maintaining deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience demoing software to non-technical stakeholders including execs.
• Prior knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related concepts.
• Prior knowledge and experience working with Low-Code, No-Code application platforms (LCAP) or workflow solutions.
• Ability to develop and demo medium to complex UIs and/or workflows using Low-Code, No-Code application platforms (LCAP) or other workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with requirements management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and modeling software (e.g., Visio).
