Job summary

XITRICON is seeking a Solution Architect to lead all aspects of the IFS implementation, coordinating with the delivery team and customer stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires strong experience in complex multi-phase projects, excellent communication, and the ability to work with partners and consultants across time zones in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience in business process mapping.
• Experience on implementation projects, working directly with customers.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with multicultural teams.
• In conjunction with a Project Manager, involvement in the planning and resourcing of a project.
• Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in additional consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the IFS solution and coordinate with customers and management.
• Maintain clear communication on all aspects of the solution with the customer project and management team.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the risks from complex requirements are minimised.
• Coordinate and delegate work within the delivery team.
• Work with partners and system integrators to ensure a consistent IFS experience across delivery mechanisms.
• Advise on the successful application of Accelerators and AI tools.
• Maintain the focus on delivering value to the customer.
• Be familiar with the available IFS Accelerators and how they can be applied to a customer project.
• Articulate product direction and the potential value it could bring to our customers.

The Solution Architect is responsible for leading all aspects of the solution, working closely with the IFS implementation team, as well as using their industry and implementation experience to advise and guide the customers project team.

*Candidate must be resident of the USA.

Essential duties and accountabilities

• Apply knowledge and experience in complex, multi-phase projects
• Take the lead in delivering the IFS solution, maintain clear communication on all aspects of the solution with the customer project and management team.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the risks from complex requirements are minimised.
• Coordinate and delegate work within the delivery team
• Work with partners and system integrators in ensuring the IFS experience is consistent regardless of the delivery mechanism.
• Advise on the successful application of Accelerators and AI tools
• Maintain the focus on ensuring we deliver value to the customer.
• Be familiar with the available IFS Accelerators, and how they can be applied to a customer project
• Articulate product direction and the potential value it could bring to our customers

Overall required competence

• Experienced in complex implementations
• Be an expert in at least one of the core IFS industries
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Experienced in leading a team and delivering solutions
