State Employees' Credit Union seeks an experienced IT Solution Architect to deliver end-to-end architectures for applications and integrations that support business goals. You will partner with business stakeholders and product managers to plan and prioritize roadmaps while driving modernization.

Works as a Solution Architect for a domain or domains in Application Development and Support organization to architect, design, deliver, and support solutions and integrations to support business goals and objectives. Partner with Business Stakeholders and Technical Product Managers to prioritize and roadmap delivery schedule.
Required 7 years of relevant experience IT Solution Architecture experience working with Business & IT departments Fluent in technology solutions, with a preference for experience within large scale financial institutions Ability to see the end-to-end architecture of Systems. Applications and Integrations Experience in Architecture, Design, Development and built out of Solutions/Integrations Experience working in Legacy and Modern OnPrem and Cloud solution and applications with focus on Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence Ability to communicate and influence Business and IT Teams, Management and Executive/Leadership. Ability to work with a technology team that uses an agile development process and structure to ensure high quality, timely delivery of features and innovative enhancements in conjunction with other teams Extensive experience working in large, enterprise level programs/projects, preferably with a background in Financial Services Committed to protecting members, employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and seeking opportunities to improve our security posture. Demonstrated ability to create/generate architectural artifacts, including design patterns. Familiarity with compliance regulations, IT and Information Security framework Advanced knowledge of REST principles, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and API strategy development, including experience with API management platforms Expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) principles and workflows, with experience in implementing these principles in cloud environments. Experience in any of IPaaS integration solutions such as (AnyPoint MuleSoft platform, IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, Boomi, or others) is a plus Exposure to docker/containerization in any of major Cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP) 5+ years of relevant experience or high School Diploma or GED and 10 years leading within Application Development and Technology teams, preferably within Financial Industry
Preferred education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher Preferred 7+ years of relevant experience or high School Diploma or GED and 12 years leading within Application Development and Technology teams, preferably within Financial Industry
