Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking an experienced IT Architect to translate client business requirements into scalable IT solutions and architecture for large complex projects. You will drive design activities and collaborate with development, analysts, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions at customer sites when needed.

The role emphasizes producing a High-Level Design document, advising on best practices and third-party options, and ensuring alignment with corporate policies and client

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies including Ethics.
• Participates in process flow analysis and process redesign with Business Analyst and customer.
• Produces a High-Level Design document to match customer requirements.
• Provides best practices and 3rd party solution alternatives in the High Level Design.
• Co-teams with Development to produce detailed design specifications for custom development and systems integration.
• Works with Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Developer to deliver the complete solution.
• Participates in project meetings with the customer and internal projects as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to corporate policies including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Job Summary

Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
• Participates in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Business Analyst and customer.
• Produces a High-Level Design document to match customer requirements.
• Provides current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the High Level Design document.

• Works as a team member along with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Developer to deliver the complete solution for the customer.
• Participates and leads, when needed, the project meetings with the customer. Participates in internal projects as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
