Job summary

vivenu is seeking its first dedicated Solution Architect on the US team to bridge our API-first platform with complex enterprise ticketing needs, mapping requirements to API architecture and establishing templates, frameworks, and best practices that will allow vivenu to scale.

You will work with enterprise clients on integrations (API connections, SSO, ERP), run technical workshops, align expectations, and transform PoCs into scalable templates that position vivenu as a technical leader in the

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar technical/architect role with client-facing duties.
• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Broad understanding of web apps, REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and modern software ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Architect tailored solutions for API connections, SSO setups, and ERP.
• Partner with enterprise clients to migrate digital storefronts to a headless architecture powered by vivenu APIs.
• Lead deep-dive workshops with CTOs, IT teams, agencies, and managers to extract requirements and translate them into scalable blueprints.
• Align customer expectations with vivenu capabilities and serve as escalation point for complex technical questions post-sales.

This role is confidently mapping the requirements to our API architecture and starting to establish templates, frameworks, and best practices that will allow vivenu to scale.

• Is.Running deep-dive technical workshops with a diverse mix of client stakeholders—ranging from customer CTOs and IT departments to third-party web agencies and Ticketing Managers—to extract requirements and translate complex needs into scalable blueprin
• ts.Aligning customer expectations perfectly with vivenu's platform capabilities, and acting as the internal escalation point for complex technical questions in post-sales to ensure all scoped solutions are highly viable, scalable, and independently execut
